Job Description

We are seeking a new team member who has the ability to translate complex information into validated insights and solutions. You'll have the opportunity to influence, persuade and facilitate change within the Finance organizations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance degree
• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency with SAP and Microsoft tools
• Excellent presentation development skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven success in business partnering outside of finance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• While not required, a recognized accounting designation (CA, CPA, CMA, CGA) with a solid understanding of financial and accounting principles would be an asset

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate financial performance, strategies and drivers to leadership and finance stakeholders
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and clearly communicate findings
• Prepare monthly accruals and performance management reports
• Coordinate and deliver monthly forecasts, budget and business planning deliverables
• Provide input on continuous improvements in performance reporting, planning processes and deliverables
• Gather and interpret data from different sources, identify and analyze operational trends, and develop strategies to address issues or concerns.
