Description: Reporting Structure The IT Business Office Analyst - IT Workforce Planning is a crucial member of the IT Business Office team. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, IT Business Office, the IT Business Office Analyst plays a central role in ensuring effective processes are in place for resources and space planning related to IT Work Force Plan (WFP).

Overall Job Summary:
We are actively seeking a skilled IT Business Office Analyst specializing in IT workforce planning to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our IT workforce, tracking resources, and enhancing space planning initiatives. Your collaboration with the Human Resources & IT team will be crucial in ensuring that our organization's IT staffing aligns with strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

Responsibilities:
* Lead and execute comprehensive IT workforce planning analyses, considering current and future staffing needs, skill requirements, and alignment with IT and organizational goals.
* Collaborate closely with the HR team to develop and maintain accurate workforce tracking systems, ensuring real-time, reliable data for effective decision-making.
* Engage in IT-focused space planning activities, evaluating workspace utilization, and recommending improvements for optimal efficiency and collaboration.
* Generate IT-centric reports and present key findings to stakeholders, offering insights into IT workforce trends, space utilization, and actionable recommendations.
* Work collaboratively with IT and cross-functional teams to understand departmental needs and align workforce and space planning strategies with IT project timelines.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT workforce planning, contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the IT domain.

3. Effective Controls and Processes: The IT Business Office Analyst is expected to establish and maintain effective controls and processes for IT workforce planning and related space planning activities.
