Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis:
Recording and updating inspection data of underwater structures.
Reviewing, evaluating, and analyzing inspection data.
Reporting inspection findings and providing recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
Inspection Planning and Supervision:
Preparing and applying underwater inspection plans.
Scheduling underwater inspection operations.
Supervising underwater inspections of divers and ROV pilots.
Technical Support and Maintenance:
Providing technical support and preparing procedures for underwater repairs and maintenance.
Maintaining inspection software and hardware systems.
Assisting the underwater inspection coordinator.

Main Requirements:

Higher Professional Education level. CSWIP 3.4U certification.
Minimum of three years of verifiable experience in a similar position, including engagement in diving operations.
Proficient knowledge of computer-based inspection systems such as SIMS, COABIS, or NEXUS.
Preferably holding an IMCA recognized diving qualification as a surface supplied diver or close bell saturation diver.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration and influence.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft products.
Proactive attitude towards innovation and improvements.
Strong emphasis on HSE performance and promoting a safety culture.
