À propos du poste :
En tant que Chef de Projet Développement, vous serez principalement responsable de l'identification des terrains et de la négociation des contrats avec les propriétaires fonciers pour les projets d'énergie renouvelable, en particulier dans le domaine de l'éolien. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'expansion du portefeuille de projets d'énergies renouvelables de notre client en France.

Missions principales :

• Identification foncière : Mener le processus d'identification des terrains adaptés pour les projets éoliens et négocier les contrats d'achat ou de location avec les propriétaires.
• Suivi de projet : Assurer le suivi et le soutien à la gestion des projets au sein de notre portefeuille.
• Acquisition de terrains : Accroître notre portefeuille de projets éoliens grâce à l'acquisition de nouveaux terrains.
• Coordination interne : Collaborer et soutenir les différents départements internes impliqués dans le développement des projets.
• Gestion des phases de développement : Superviser et gérer les différentes phases du développement des projets, de l'identification initiale à la réalisation finale.

Profil recherché :

• Formation : Diplôme d'Ingénieur ou équivalent dans un domaine connexe. Un Master en énergies renouvelables serait un atout.
• Compétences informatiques : Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Compétences interpersonnelles : Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
• Expérience : Une expérience préalable dans des projets d'énergie renouvelable est souhaitable.
• Langues : Français natif, avec un niveau d'anglais B2 minimum.
• Mobilité : Disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers dans la région.
• Permis de conduire : Titulaire du permis B.
