Chef de projet Développement Senior - France

Job Description

Petroplan est très heureux d'accompagner un producteur d'électricité indépendant (IPP) leader spécialisé dans les projets d'énergie renouvelable dans la recherche d'un chef de projet développement expérimenté et basé en France.

Localisation : Occitanie (ouvert à toute localisation dans cette région)

En tant que Chef de Projet, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel au sein de notre équipe de Développement de Projets en France. Votre responsabilité principale sera l'identification et l'évaluation des projets commerciaux potentiels dans le domaine des énergies renouvelables, en particulier dans l'énergie éolienne.

Vos responsabilités :

Recruter et former une équipe de 2 Développeurs de Projets Éoliens.
Concevoir et exécuter le plan stratégique de l'entreprise pour le Développement de Projets Éoliens dans le Sud de la France.
Soutenir l'équipe afin de garantir l'atteinte de nos objectifs.
Mener le processus d'identification des terrains et négocier les contrats d'achat/location avec les propriétaires fonciers.
Soutenir et suivre la gestion de projet de notre portefeuille.
Accroître notre portefeuille de projets éoliens par l'acquisition de terrains.
Coordonner et soutenir tous les départements internes impliqués.
Gérer et superviser les différentes phases de développement des projets

Profil recherché :

Diplôme de niveau Bac 5 en études techniques/scientifiques. Un Master en énergies renouvelables serait un plus.
3 à 5 ans d'expérience en Développement de Projets Éoliens.
Connaissance de base des outils QGIS et Google Earth PRO.
Bonnes compétences en communication et négociation.
Niveau d'anglais B2 ou supérieur.
Disponibilité pour voyager.
Permis de conduire (B).
