Directeur.rice de Projets - BESS & Solar

Recrutement Géré par : Petroplan, en collaboration avec un acteur majeur du secteur des énergies renouvelables et du stockage d'énergie.

Localisation : France (déplacements réguliers à prévoir)

Missions principales

• Piloter des projets innovants dans la conversion électrique, le stockage d'énergie, et les énergies renouvelables, depuis la planification jusqu'à la réalisation, en veillant au respect des délais, budgets et normes de qualité.
• Superviser des équipes pluridisciplinaires et assurer une communication fluide avec les partenaires internes et externes.
• Maîtriser les technologies de conversion et de stockage d'énergie (BESS), proposer des solutions innovantes et rester en veille sur les évolutions du secteur.
• Identifier, évaluer et gérer les risques techniques et opérationnels.
• Veiller au respect des normes réglementaires et environnementales.
• Analyser et améliorer les performances des projets en termes d'efficacité énergétique et économique.

Profil recherché

• 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets dans l'énergie (renouvelables, industrie…)
• Compétences solides en électrotechnique et gestion de projets complexes
• Leadership, gestion du stress, sens de l'innovation
• Maîtrise de l'anglais (une autre langue serait un plus)
• Certification PMP ou équivalent souhaitée
