Job Description

We are looking for position Account Leader to be based in Niigata City, Japan for permanent role.



Job Duties and Qualifications:-

  • Under broad direction, optimizes account potential by directing activity of the account team.
  • Maximizes and sustains profitability of the client and market penetration/share by matching the total array of the company's technical, commercial and operational capabilities to the client's needs.
  • Develops working relationships with client's management. Identifies and accesses resources required to serve client's domestic and international current and future needs. Is an integral member of the BD team.
  • The Account Leader will work closely with District/Country/Area Sales Manager and Account Manager in developing a comprehensive business and/or Account Plan.


Requirements: -

  • Skills typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or similar disciplines and having more than 8-12 years of related sales experience.
  • Revenue scope typically in the range of $20 - 100 M.
  • Experience in the energy industry i.e., Geothermal, Carbon-capture, Renewables etc.
  • Experiences in Business Development, Sales or Marketing will be advantage.
  • Must be able to communicate in English and Japanese languages will be advantage.
