Job Overview:

On behalf of our PMC client, Petroplan are seeking a Project Director to oversee multiple large-scale projects, offering relocation to Kuwait.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and influence major projects with ownership of customer relationships and the chance to collaborate closely with senior management, you will drive project success from start to finish. You'll oversee project performance, resource coordination, and risk management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

• Champion HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality) objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide overall management of the PMC group, excluding day-to-day task allocation, focusing on staffing qualified personnel for successful project execution.
• Align project objectives with client expectations, ensuring consistent communication and delivery exceeding client standards.
• Mentor and guide contract leadership teams, offering strategic advice and resolving complex issues to maintain progress.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in any Engineering discipline
• Minimum 20 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry
• 10 years in a project management role.
• 20 years total post graduation experience
• 10 years post graduation experience in oil and gas projects
• 5 years’ experience in the Middle East
