This role involves managing, planning, and executing operations through a coordinated multi-disciplinary effort.
Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Ensure the safe and efficient completion of all agreed activities and Scope of Work during projects, adhering to planning constraints, cost limits, and quality standards.
  • Tender Support: Collaborate with the POM, Tender Lead, and various departments (Logistics, Planners, Estimators, Engineering, Fabrication, Pipeline Group) to deliver the most efficient tender offers.


Key tasks include:

  • Identifying essential operations deliverables for effective tender submissions.
  • Developing schedules, cost comparisons, and operational requirements for vessels and personnel.
  • Innovating to optimize the offshore schedule and accommodate client constraints.
  • Defining requirements and producing SOWs for third-party vessel and asset charters.
  • Supporting estimators with costing for the tender and its options.
  • Liaising with Engineering and Vessel Operations Managers (VOMs) for vessel requirements and input to estimators.
  • Ensuring adherence to tender procedures, maintaining traceability, and supporting post-submission clarifications and negotiations.
  • Organizing meetings for offshore schedule reviews and updating key operations-related risks.
  • Project Support: Prepare, review, and comment on technical documents (procedures, drawings, schedules, etc.) to support operations.


Tasks include:

  • Defining required offshore spread, including construction, support, and transportation vessels.
  • Selecting third-party vessels and services by preparing SOWs and reviewing technical offers.
  • Participating in installation feasibility reviews and HIRAs, providing operational input to Engineering and Planning.
  • Supporting vessel readiness activities, including Marine Assurance progress, vessel POBs review, and manning coordination.
  • Ensuring logistic support, safety, and certification for installation spread.
  • Developing baseline project schedules, tracking third-party services costs and planning, and coordinating yard and quayside activities.
  • Supervising material tracking, ensuring equipment readiness and efficient mobilization/demobilization.
  • Coordinating logistic support activities (freight forwarding, shipping, OPL) and supporting HSE initiatives.


Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in offshore operations, ideally on installation vessels.
  • Background as Field Engineer, Installation Engineer, or in Logistics.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for short business trips or missions.
