Support System Specialist - Certified Oracle

Job Description:
We are seeking a Certified Oracle Support System Specialist with experience in Oracle EAM (version ) and a strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BoM) functionalities as per attached guideline. The ideal candidate will assist our clients in the oil and gas sector, specifically focusing on Oracle system configurations and support.
Key Responsibilities:

• System Configuration and Support: Provide expert support and configuration for Oracle EAM (version ), ensuring the system meets the client's requirements, particularly in structuring Asset/Equipment BoMs and activity BoMs.
• Capability Demonstration: Prove the ability to assist in configuring Oracle's capabilities to handle multi-level BoMs as per client guidelines. Provide relevant documentation and examples from past projects to support this expertise.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Certified in Oracle Support Systems.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle EAM support and configuration, specifically with version , with a strong understanding of BoM functionalities.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in setting up and managing Asset/Equipment BoMs and activity BoMs in Oracle systems.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical details.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Previous experience in supporting large-scale Oracle EAM implementations.
