Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for overseeing and supervising the mechanical and infrastructure team, promoting safe working environment, and ensuring compliance with site Health, Safety, Security and Environment Procedures.
* Assume the role of Turnaround / Shutdown Manager, effectively planning, coordinating, supervising, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to execute turnarounds, shutdowns, and overhauls, while establishing a long-term site outage strategy.
* Monitor the development of a technical spare strategy and liaise with technical warehouse activities in coordination with the procurement department, ensuring optimal management of technical spare levels in the CMMS system.
* Participate in Plant Turnaround/Shutdown activities, including ad-hoc shutdowns, following the required TAR/Shutdown Management System.
* Develop and review periodic performance reports to ensure the effective implementation of maintenance strategies and operational priorities. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose appropriate actions.
* Oversee the maintenance planning and execution for building and infrastructure, including the fire protection system. Ensure that the manufacturing complex is in good condition, providing a safe and conducive working environment.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance team. Implement lean principles and other improvement methodologies to streamline processes, reduce waste and eliminate defects.
* Partake and collaborate actively with Regional Team / other sites, Third Parties including OEM to keep abreast with latest technology and tools for effective surveillance and decision making.
* Develop and maintain service level agreement for specialized maintenance services to support plant turnaround, shutdown, and day-to-day maintenance execution activities.
* Evaluate and qualify external vendors or contractors for specialized maintenance services through effective Service Level Agreement.
* Manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting expenses and optimizing spending.
* Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Requirements
* Min Bachelor's Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* More than 15 years of experience in mechanical maintenance in oil and gas / petrochemical / chemical sites specifically in Hydrogen services equipment maintenance with 5 years in a managerial position.
* Maintenance management including maintenance resources management, planning, scheduling, and execution.
* Experience in leading a Plant Turnaround and Shutdown.
* Familiar with industrial Engineering Technical Practices i.e. API/ASME/DIN and any other applicable standards.
* In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices. Certification in CMRP is an added advantage.
* Experience in high pressure equipment maintenance is an added advantage.
* Strong people management
* Have good coordination, communication, and command skills.
