Job Description

A unique opportunity to join a true world leader in the development of solutions for the intralogistics market, specialized in the design, installation and maintenance of highly automated sorting, storage, retrieval and transport systems. As this is a new site, you will be responsible for leading your team through commissioning, commissioning, and daily maintenance once the facility is operational.
Your Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 21 maintenance technicians. Train, develop and support technicians to enable their progress, as well as help the site meet performance targets.
• Participation in the process of hiring and onboarding new maintenance technicians along with other members of the leadership team.
• Create and distribute PM in line with company KPIs in a CMMS system.
• Complete KPI reports to ultimately drive performance and decision-making.
• Review, prioritize, and plan workloads within your team.
• Hands-on responsibility when needed, supporting technicians in responding to breakdowns for highly automated equipment such as conveyors and sorters.
• Participation in continuous improvement projects focused on the care of machinery assets. Use of RCA methodologies to support a forward-thinking operation.
• Implementation of 5S processes.
• Your experience:
• More than 3 years of experience in a Maintenance Team Leader or Supervisor role. With previous experience working in a practical way as a Maintenance Technician.
• Understanding of maintenance KPIs such as MTTF, MTTR, PM completion.
• Experience in performing root cause analysis and understanding of RCA methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage, mentor and motivate a large team of trained maintenance professionals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Mexico.
