Job Description

Position Summary
Join the Bakken Supply Chain Operations team as part of the Warehouse and Yards operations. In this Material Reclamation role, you'll drive the optimization of material reuse and refurbishment efforts for our client's Upstream and Midstream, ensuring effective operations support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Procurement, Reliability Engineering, Inventory Control, and Warehouse teams to meet asset requirements.
• Support the Supply Chain Materials & Yards Specialist in daily operations and project tasks.
• Serve as the key supply chain contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding refurbishment processes.
• Monitor and report on performance, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Manage reclamation activities, including incoming and outgoing quality control.
• Oversee daily operations: receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Conduct inspections to ensure refurbishment work meets quality standards; report issues through the OS&D process.
• Maintain thorough records of all refurbishment activities, including progress and inspection reports.
• Develop and implement Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of administrative support experience (Oil and Gas industry preferred).
• Proficiency in SAP required; experience with Amigo software and project management tools is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to following established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
