CCMS ADMINISTRATOR -Site Based

Job Description

Requirement
Minimum 8 years' experience in project engineering, construction or commissioning supervision.
Experience in managing/coordinating multi-discipline design or construction projects.
Proficiency in the use of PCs and data management.
Experience with setting up a CCMS System from start through to project close-out is preferred.
Shall be skilled in the use of PCs and data management.

Specific Skills:
Must have full awareness of design office & construction I am commissioning work procedures. Proficient in written & spoken English. Self-motivated with an ability to work on his own. Good communication skills with all levels of personnel.

Role Summary:

• To provide CCMS support to projects. He/she shall report to the relevant area QC Engineer.
• Set-up CCMS system in Contractor's organization. Assign the approved construction and Pre-commissioning check sheets to the tags Components, Assign the approved certificates to the relevant systems and sub-systems during the detailed design phase.
• Generate the required check sheets to support that construction activity through CCMS tool before any field construction activity commence.
• Print and distribute Check Sheets and Certificates to the relevant work force at construction and pre-commissioning phases.
• Upload the completed Check Sheets and Certificates to CCMS Tool progressively and timely, however the uploading work shall be completed within one (1) week after the relevant construction and pre-commissioning activities are completed. Timely Generate Completion Certificates from CCMS Tool and Obtain the sign off by the relevant staff whenever the certification activity is required.
• Upload the signed Completion Certificates to CCMS Tool within one (1) week after those Completion Certificates are signed off. Work with project engineers, design engineers, construction, commissioning personnel to set-up and administer CCM
