Exciting Opportunity for a Fulfillment Coordinator in Greenville, SC!
Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role that keeps you at the heart of operations? We're looking for a Fulfillment Coordinator to join our global client for an 18-month contract in the thriving city of Greenville, SC!

What You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or Business
• At least 3 years of experience in Order Management, Demand Fulfillment, or Operations, preferably in Manufacturing
• Ability to lead and influence across multiple teams in a matrixed organization
• Skills in process re-engineering and simplifying complex workflows into actionable insights
• Exceptional project management skills
• Expertise in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
• Strong communication skills with a passion for problem-solving and troubleshooting

What You'll Do:

• Act as the key contact, managing ~1000 customer demands per year across the Gas network
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless job placement, matching demand with service center capacity
• Own the end-to-end logistics of repair demands, ensuring customer satisfaction with on-time delivery
• Create Sales Orders for Steam Generator repairs and partner closely with leadership to keep everything running smoothly
• Contribute to the development of innovative improvements in Repairs Optimization and drive the implementation of new initiatives
• Lead quality process documentation and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
