Job Description: Senior Analyst, Corporate Insurance
Location: Houston, TX | Industry: Oil and Gas

Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst in the Insurance Department, part of the Treasury/CFO organization, will support the Director of Corporate Insurance, responsible for overseeing the client's global insurance, claims, and captive functions for an international oil and gas company based in Houston.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in corporate insurance policy processes, including purchasing, renewal, and administration:
  • Gather and submit required information
  • Assist with renewal meetings and presentations
  • Handle policy documentation and invoice processing
• Review and negotiate contracts, collaborating across various departments
• Analyze coverage and manage claims
• Administer budgets, forecasts, allocations, and documentation
• Oversee captive and international insurance arrangements
• Lead project work related to M&A, divestitures, corporate restructuring, litigation, and evolving business objectives

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of corporate and international insurance programs
• Knowledge of the energy industry (E&P, Power, Utility, Pipelines) is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to take ownership of projects
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of building solid business relationships
• Strong communication skills (oral & written)
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Qualifications:

• 5 years of relevant experience in corporate risk management, underwriting, or brokerage
• Bachelor's Degree required (Master's considered)
• ARM, CPCU certifications preferred
