Overview

We have partnered with our trusted client that is looking for a Contract Manager.

The role will responsible for comprehensive contract management for the assigned areas of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiation of terms and conditions, scopes of supply, change order costs, scopes and schedules
• Preparation of change orders
• Internal report preparation
• Maintenance of budgets and changes
• Assestment of risk and project planning
• Progress measurement and reporting
• Budget and cost control, reourc planning, cash and accrual management
• Invoice attesting and processing
• Support the Change Management process and ensure impacts are incorporated into cost and schedule forecasts along with contingency positions.
• Coordinate project arrangements for managing expenditure authorizations with cross-functional groups, i.e., Finance, Accounting, Management, etc.
• Monitor and review elements of contractor performance throughout the contract life cycle; recommend corrective action where necessary.
• Review and be familiar with all Company's contracts and contract performance requirements.
• Prepare contractual elements of bid specifications and review tender submissions before the contract award.
• Review contractor monthly reports and assess compliance with Contractual requirements for information and equipment supply.
• Ensure the capture of project close-out information to improve contract management requirements for future opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related
• At least 10 years of experience in project controls within an engineering setting
• Experience with EcoSys, and Primavera P6 along with other Project Control tools
