Overview

We have partnered with our trusted client that is looking for an ITGC and Compliance Manager.

The role will responsible for implementation of the IT Controls and Compliance program, plus its maintenance and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and updating IT Controls and Compliance plans and procedures
• Document, implement, and maintan IT Controls and Compliance program
• Understand and document key IT, HR, Finance, Accounting and Legal policies and procedures
• Support strategic compliance projects, process building and improvement initiatives
• Support performance of weekly, monthly, annual and ongoing risk and compliance assessments
• Develop and execute testing and audit programs
• Assist with processes and controls over applications and systems, including, IT Controls, master data processes and access controls
• Support other special projects and compliance initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• 10 years experience working in all areas of Compliance and IT Controls
• Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, College Certificate of Information Management, or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of key IT and Information Management Compliance and IT Controls workflows
• Oil and gas/ energy experience a plus
