Part-Time Payroll & Timekeeping Specialist (Onsite) - 1 year contract

Location: Richmond, VA
Work Schedule: Max 20 hours/week - Monday (8 hours), Wednesday (6 hours), Friday (6 hours)
Experience Level: 2 years of general experience, 5 years in timekeeping for payroll

Job Summary
We are seeking a Payroll & Timekeeping Specialist to join our client's team in Richmond. This is a part-time, onsite role with flexible hours. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of payroll processes, time & attendance tracking, and managing related HR inquiries for our Richmond team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll for the Richmond office
• Generate and maintain accurate Time & Attendance reports
• Update internal communication platforms as needed
• Become a subject matter expert on payroll, benefits, and other HR-related inquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in timekeeping for payroll
• Proficiency with timekeeping systems (Kronos, MyTime, etc.)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work onsite 100% of the time
