Petroplan Canada is delighted to welcome Chantel Bronconnier back to the team following her maternity leave.

Chantel returns to our Calgary-based team in Contractor Care, where she plays an important role in supporting the professionals working through Petroplan across Canada. From onboarding and answering day-to-day questions to helping contractors navigate the practicalities of their assignments, Contractor Care is a vital part of the service Petroplan provides.

Of course, Chantel has had a rather different full-time role over the past few months, welcoming her baby daughter, Briar, to the family.

“We are thrilled to have Chantel back,” said Darci Kruse, Regional Director for Petroplan Canada.

“Chantel has always brought a very personal approach to Contractor Care, and that is incredibly important to the way we work at Petroplan. Our contractors need to know there is someone they can call who knows them, understands their assignment and is ready to help when they need it. Chantel does that exceptionally well. We have really missed having her around, and the whole team is delighted to welcome her back. Most importantly, we’re so happy for Chantel and her family and delighted to welcome little Briar to the extended Petroplan family.”

Petroplan’s Contractor Care teams provide an important link between our contractors, clients and recruitment teams. Our commitment extends beyond finding the right person for an assignment. We continue to support contractors throughout their time with us, helping with onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance and the everyday questions that inevitably arise during an assignment.

That ongoing relationship is a key part of how Petroplan approaches contract staffing, and having experienced people who understand both our contractors and the Canadian market makes a real difference.
